We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. VoiceHug recordings are stored for 12 months after creation, and contributor recordings are deleted 30 days after project completion.

7. Deleting Your Data

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time. This covers your account, your voice recordings, and any contact details we hold, including a phone number and voice messages you sent us on WhatsApp.

Email privacy@voicehug.co with the subject "Delete my data".
Include the email address you use with VoiceHug, or, if you contacted us on WhatsApp, the phone number you messaged from.
We will confirm by reply and delete your data within 30 days.

Recordings you contributed to someone else's VoiceHug are deleted too. If a final mix has already been delivered, copies the recipient has downloaded are outside our control.
