Wedding audio guest book
Every guest’s voice,
no phone to rent
An audio guest book that runs on a QR code. Guests scan the sign on the tables and leave you a voice message from their own phone. You get every message back as one recording.
Free for up to 6 people. A whole wedding is $9.99, paid once.
What you get
One recording you’ll play on every anniversary
We level every message to the same volume and join them into one MP3, with a list of who’s speaking. Skip from voice to voice, find your grandmother by name, download it, and share it with the family.
Each guest gets up to 90 seconds, so even a big wedding stays a recording you’ll listen to all the way through.

Hear what it sounds like
A real VoiceHug, made for a birthday. A wedding guest book sounds like this, with more voices.
Hear a real one: my friends made this for my birthday. Moé, co-founder
Before, on, and after the day
A rented phone only works at the venue. Your guest book link works whenever you share it.
Before the day
Send the link with your invitations, so the people who can’t come are still in it.
On the day
Put the sign on the tables. Guests scan it with their phone camera and record, several at once, wherever it’s quiet.
After
Leave it open a few days for the stragglers, then make your recording: every message at the same volume, in one MP3.
Missed it on the day?
The guest book wasn’t set up, the phone didn’t work, or nobody thought of it. It isn’t too late: send the link to the guests and they record from home. Friends and family can start one too, as a surprise for the couple.

Audio guest book questions
- How is this different from a phone audio guest book?
- There is no phone to rent, ship or return. Guests scan a QR code and record on their own phone, so several people can leave a message at once and nobody queues. You get one finished recording instead of a folder of files.
- Do guests need an app or an account?
- No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, tap record, and send. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
- What about a loud reception?
- Guests record on their own phone, so they can step outside or into a quieter corner. The link works before and after the day as well, so people can record at home.
- Can guests who can’t come leave a message?
- Yes. Put the link in your invitations or send it to them. It works from anywhere.
- The guest book didn’t happen at the wedding. Is it too late?
- No. Send the link to your guests after the wedding and they record from home. A friend or relative can start one too, as a surprise for the couple: share the link in the family group chat and give them the recording when it’s done.
- How long can each message be?
- Up to 90 seconds. Long enough for a story or a toast, and short enough that a hundred guests still make a recording you will listen to.
- How much does it cost?
- Free for up to 6 people, including you. For a bigger wedding it is $9.99, paid once, with no limit on guests.
- What do we get afterwards?
- One MP3 with every message, all at the same volume, to download and keep. There is also a page where you can play it, skip from voice to voice, and share it with family.
The wedding is soon?
Start now and print the sign tonight. The QR code works as soon as your guest book exists.
