Using VoiceHug
By using VoiceHug you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your content
Only record or upload what you have the right to share. Don’t use VoiceHug for anything illegal, abusive, or hateful. We may remove content or close accounts that break these terms.
Ownership
Recordings and final mixes made on VoiceHug belong to VoiceHug. By recording or uploading, you transfer your rights in that recording to us. Organizers and recipients may keep, play, download, and share their VoiceHug for personal use.
Payments
Larger VoiceHugs need a one-time payment, charged through our payment provider. If we can’t make your final mix, we’ll refund you. For anything else, contact us.
The service
VoiceHug is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may change or stop the service at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using VoiceHug after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
